Arch­bi­shop Viganò: Rulers want exter­mi­na­tion of peoples!

Your Excel­lency, after the psycho­pan­demic, we now have the Russian-Ukrai­nian crisis. Are we in „phase two“ of a single project, or can we now consider the Covid farce over and deal with the rise in energy prices?

If we had been dealing with a real pandemic in the last two years, caused by a deadly virus for which there was no cure other than a vaccine, we might think that the emer­gency was not inten­tional. But this is not the case: the SARS-CoV‑2 virus is nothing more than a seasonal flu that could have been cured with exis­ting treat­ments and effec­tive preven­tion based on streng­thening the immune system. The banning of treat­ments, the discrediting of the effec­ti­ve­ness of medi­cines that have been used for decades, the decision to place elderly people who are ill in nursing homes, and the intro­duc­tion of expe­ri­mental gene therapy that has proved not only inef­fec­tive but also harmful and often fatal – all this confirms to us that the pandemic was planned and managed with the aim of causing the grea­test possible damage. This is a fact that has been estab­lished and confirmed by the offi­cial data, although this data has been syste­ma­ti­cally falsified.

Certainly, those who wanted to steer the pandemic in this way are not ready to give in easily now, also because there are inte­rests worth billions behind all this. But what „they“ want does not always have to come to pass.

Same reac­tion to pandemic worldwide

In your opinion, was the pandemic handled this way out of inex­pe­ri­ence, Excel­lency? Or was it due to the corrup­tion of those in charge, who have a conflict of inte­rest because they are paid by the phar­maceu­tical industry?

This is the second element to consider: the response to the pandemic was the same all over the world: Health autho­ri­ties slavishly conformed to health proto­cols that ran counter to scien­tific lite­ra­ture and medical evidence, and instead followed the instruc­tions of self-proclaimed „experts“ known for their sensa­tional fail­ures, their apoca­lyptic predic­tions that were comple­tely out of touch with reality, and their serious conflicts of inte­rest. We cannot believe that millions of doctors around the world have lost their basic medical know­ledge and believe that you should let flu grow into pneu­monia and then treat it with tachy­pirin or put pati­ents on a venti­lator. If they have done so, it is because of pres­sure – to the point of black­mail – from health autho­ri­ties on medical staff, with the help of a scan­da­lous campaign of media terro­rism and with the support of Western leaders. Most of these leaders are members of a lobby – the World Economic Forum – which has trained them and placed them at the highest levels of national and inter­na­tional insti­tu­tions to ensure that those in power are compliant. Klaus Schwab has publicly boasted on many occa­sions that he is able to inter­vene even with reli­gious leaders. These are also docu­mented facts in all the count­ries that have followed the direc­tives of the WHO and the phar­maceu­tical compa­nies. There is clearly a single script under a single direc­tion: this proves the exis­tence of a criminal plan and the wicked­ness of its authors.

Silent coup since the 1990s

In some of your other state­ments you have spoken of a „golpe bianco“ (a „silent coup“).

A „silent coup“ is a coup d’état that takes place without the use of force and is carried out by a govern­ment that exer­cises its power in an uncon­sti­tu­tional way.

In this case, the coup was carried out almost simul­ta­neously in all Western count­ries, starting in the early years of the 1990s. In Italy, this coup d’état began with the sale of compa­nies in which invest­ments were made and the priva­tis­a­tion of services that normally burdened the state treasury, such as health and trans­port, on the instruc­tions of high finance, which Mario Draghi received on the yacht Britannia on 2 June 1992. Yes, Mario Draghi, who was then Director General of the Ministry of Finance and whom the then Presi­dent of the Italian Repu­blic, Fran­cesco Cossiga, called a „cowardly busi­nessman“. In other count­ries, this over­throw took place in an analogous way, with a series of gradual trans­fers of sove­reignty to supra­na­tional insti­tu­tions such as the Euro­pean Commis­sion, the Euro­pean Central Bank, the Inter­na­tional Mone­tary Fund and the World Bank. With the intro­duc­tion of the euro [in 2002], mone­tary sove­reignty was taken away from the states that were party to the Maas­tricht Treaty and trans­ferred to the Euro­pean Central Bank, which is a private bank. This bank decides on the inte­rest rate with which it finances national budgets, using the money that these same count­ries have already given it. In prac­tice, the Euro­pean Central Bank charges inte­rest on money that it gives back only a penny at a time, and only under certain condi­tions: Reforms, cuts in public spen­ding, the intro­duc­tion of laws promo­ting gender equa­lity, abor­tion rights, the indoc­tri­na­tion of children, etc. The intro­duc­tion of a balanced budget into the consti­tu­tion – as if the state were a company – was also part of the silent coup.

All the members of these bodies, inclu­ding the same rulers who were appointed on the recom­men­da­tion of unelected powers or won elec­tions thanks to the mani­pu­la­tion of infor­ma­tion, are at the same time servants of high finance corpo­ra­tions or large invest­ment funds – some were their employees, like Draghi of Goldman Sachs – others became employees after their term of office ended. Just as the drug autho­ri­ties and health orga­ni­sa­tions are made up of former BigPharma employees, who are often given consul­tancy contracts and paid by the very phar­maceu­tical compa­nies they are supposed to keep an eye on.

In prac­tice, until the pandemic, power was still admi­nis­tered by the indi­vi­dual states, at least formally, and laws were passed by parlia­ments. But for the last two years, parlia­ments have been stripped of power, and all those who have succeeded in brin­ging the World Economic Forum and other lobbies to the top of govern­ments and inter­na­tional insti­tu­tions have begun to legis­late against the consti­tu­tion and the inte­rests of the nation, They obey orders given to them from above – „by the markets“, as they tell us – which in reality are made up of a very small number of multi­na­tio­nals which gobble up compe­ting compa­nies, destroy profes­sional skills by dama­ging the quality of the product and reduce workers‘ protec­tion and wages thanks to the compli­city of the unions and the left.

In short, we are governed by a high command of profi­teers and specu­la­tors, from Bill Gates inves­ting in large farms on the eve of the food crisis or in vaccines just before the outbreak of the pandemic, to George Soros specu­la­ting on the fluc­tua­tions of curren­cies and govern­ment bonds and finan­cing a bio-lab in Ukraine with Hunter Biden.

To believe that there is no connec­tion between the insti­ga­tors of these crimes and those who carry them out at the highest levels of national govern­ments, the EU and the UN is a sign of mistrust, because even a child could under­stand that we are being held hostage by a group of ideo­lo­gi­cally deviant and morally corrupt tech­no­crats. The peoples of the world must reclaim their sove­reignty, which has been usurped by the globa­list elite.

Rulers want exter­mi­na­tion of peoples

The insti­ga­tors of this crime proudly show them­selves at the Davos Forum, at the meetings of the Trila­teral Commis­sion or the Bilder­berg Group toge­ther with the rulers, the prime minis­ters, the direc­tors of news­pa­pers and TV chan­nels, the CEOs of social bankers and the direc­tors of social plat­forms and multi­na­tio­nals, the bankers and the direc­tors of rating agen­cies, the presi­dents of foun­da­tions and self-proclaimed phil­an­thro­pists. They all pursue the same agenda – which they publish on their websites – and are so convinced of their own power that they affirm with impu­nity – as Soros and Schwab have recently done – that it is neces­sary to create a narra­tive that is disse­mi­nated through the main­stream media in order to make their decis­ions accep­table to the people. Censor­ship and mass mani­pu­la­tion are used by them as instru­mentum regni, and we have seen this in both the pandemic farce and the pro-Zelensky propa­ganda in Ukraine.

We must under­stand that our rulers are trai­tors to our nation, dedi­cated to the exter­mi­na­tion of the popu­la­tion, and that all their actions are aimed at inflic­ting the grea­test possible harm on the citi­zens. This is not a problem of inex­pe­ri­ence or incom­pe­tence, but of intentio nocendi – deli­be­rate intent to harm. Honest citi­zens find it incon­ceivable that those who govern them do so with the perverse inten­tion of under­mi­ning and destroying them, so much so that they find it hard to believe it. The main cause of this serious problem lies in the corrup­tion of autho­rity and the resi­gned obedience of the governed.

Church leaders here­tics and traitors

Begin­ning with the revo­lu­tion of the Second Vatican Council and espe­ci­ally during the last nine years of the Berg­o­glian „ponti­fi­cate“, the Catholic Church has also expe­ri­enced the same cogni­tive disso­nance: The faithful and the clergy have resi­gned them­selves to obeying mere cynical offi­cials – who are no less corrupt and perverse than their coun­ter­parts in the deep state – even though it was obvious that the aim of the alleged „reforms“ was always the syste­matic destruc­tion of the Church by its supreme leaders, who are here­tics and trai­tors. And I note that the deep church has resorted to the same false argu­ments to disguise doctrinal, moral and litur­gical disso­lu­tion: first and fore­most, the false claim that these reforms were demanded „from the bottom up“ and not imposed by force from above. Just as the reforms planned by the World Economic Forum, the Bilder­berg Group and the Trila­te­rals are embraced by their infil­tra­tors at the highest levels of nations and inter­na­tional orga­ni­sa­tions, giving the appearance that their plans are rati­fied by popular consent.

Distin­guish between obedience and submissiveness

And what is your advice, Your Excel­lency, to get out of this impasse?

Respect for autho­rity is innate in civi­lised man, but it is neces­sary to distin­guish between obedience and servi­lity. You see, every virtue consists of the just mean between two oppo­site vices, without being a compro­mise, but also as a summit, so to speak, between two valleys. Diso­be­dience sins by falling short, by refu­sing to submit to a good command from a legi­ti­mate autho­rity; submis­si­ve­ness, on the other hand, sins by going over­board, by submit­ting to unjust commands or commands given by an ille­gi­ti­mate autho­rity. The good citizen should know how to disobey civil autho­rity, and the good Catholic should do the same with eccle­si­a­stical autho­rity, diso­beying when autho­rity demands obedience to an unjust order.

Earthly autho­rity always subor­di­nate to the Lord’s royal authority

Doesn’t this talk seem a little revo­lu­tio­nary to you, Excellency?

Far from it. The anar­chists and the cour­tiers both have a distorted idea of autho­rity: the one denies it, the other idolises it. The just remedy is the only morally viable way, because it corre­sponds to the order which the Lord has impressed on the world and which the heavenly hier­archy respects. We owe obedience to legi­ti­mate autho­rity to the extent that it exer­cises its power for the purposes for which it was insti­tuted by God: the temporal good of the citi­zens in the case of the state, and the spiri­tual good of the faithful in the case of the Church. An autho­rity that imposes evil on its subjects is for this reason ille­gi­ti­mate and its orders are void. Let us not forget that the true Lord, from whom all autho­rity emanates, is God, and that earthly autho­rity – both civil and spiri­tual – is always vica­rious, that is, subor­di­nate to the autho­rity of Jesus Christ, King and High Priest. To substi­tute the vica­rious autho­rity of rulers for the royal autho­rity of the Lord is a crazy gesture and – yes – revo­lu­tio­nary and rebellious.

Elite wants to estab­lish tota­li­ta­rian regime through treason and subversion

What does the elite want to achieve? It promises us peace, secu­rity, prospe­rity and jobs, but at present there are more than fifty armed conflicts in the world; our cities are unin­ha­bi­table, full of crimi­nals, dila­pi­dated and ruled by mino­ri­ties of deviant people.

This is the third unde­niable element that cannot be over­looked: the pandemic was planned as an instru­ment to estab­lish a tota­li­ta­rian regime desi­gned by unelected tech­no­crats without any sense of demo­cratic representation.

The same is happe­ning with the Ukraine crisis: the majo­rity of citi­zens are abso­lutely not in favour of sending weapons to Ukraine and impo­sing sanc­tions on the Russian Fede­ra­tion, and yet govern­ment leaders act as if they have the full support of their own nations, supported by embar­ras­sing distor­tions of reality by the main­stream media. And in some count­ries, like Italy, this is happe­ning in a situa­tion of distur­bing compli­city of all state powers, both in legi­ti­mi­sing the viola­tion of funda­mental rights under the anti-Kovid decrees and in rati­fying the parti­ci­pa­tion in a conflict, although the Italian Parlia­ment has never deli­be­rated on the entry into this conflict and which even the Presi­dent of the Repu­blic, the guarantor of the Consti­tu­tion, approves and promotes to the applause of the Euro­pean tech­no­crats. In this case too, those in power do not obey the will of the people and do not pursue the common good, but follow orders given to them by supra­na­tional enti­ties with their own, noto­riously subver­sive, interests.

When they talk about the „trans­for­ma­tion of goods into services“ and the „sharing economy“ through the digital sector, they want to dispos­sess citi­zens of their private property: „You will own nothing and you will be happy.“ And when they push through the priva­tis­a­tion of state goods or services, they want to appro­priate the profits while leaving the costs on the shoulders of the commu­nity. But since not all count­ries are willing to go along with this „reset“, they force them to do so by provo­king economic crises, pande­mics and wars. This is treason and subversion.

The preme­di­tated nature of this subver­sion is evident, as is the aware­ness of the disas­trous conse­quences of the social, economic and health decis­ions made in rela­tion to both the pandemic and the Ukraine crisis. Berg­o­glio has also admitted it: A head of state reve­aled to him months before Putin’s mili­tary opera­tion in Ukraine that NATO and the Euro­pean Union were deli­bera­tely provo­king the Russian Fede­ra­tion after years of igno­ring the ethnic clean­sing carried out by Kiev against the Russian-spea­king mino­rity in the Donbass and Crimea. The aim of this provo­ca­tion was to spark a conflict that would serve as a pretext to legi­ti­mise the impo­si­tion of sanc­tions against the Russian Fede­ra­tion and force Western states to initiate the „green tran­si­tion“. At the same time, the nations‘ econo­mies were to be dragged down for the benefit of a few inter­na­tional invest­ment funds and market specu­la­tion. Essen­ti­ally, the same premises are invoked to justify the Enclo­sure Acts in England and later the Holo­domor in Ukraine, in order to turn the peasant masses into cheap labour for the indus­tria­li­sa­tion of the big cities. To avoid war, NATO should not have been expanded in viola­tion of the treaty, and protec­tion of the Russian-spea­king mino­rity in Ukraine should have been guaran­teed, as called for in the 2014 Minsk Protocol.

And I note that these are not abstract specu­la­tions, but concrete facts that were fore­seen and planned decades ago by the theo­rists of the Great Reset to force a social change that nobody wants and to reboot the economy and finance of the Western world from scratch – just like you reboot a computer.

Social engi­nee­ring through immi­gra­tion and interbreeding

Could you give us an example, Your Excellency?

The most obvious example is the disco­very that Richard Kalergi, one of the foun­ding fathers of the Euro­pean Union, wanted to pursue a policy of social engi­nee­ring aimed at trans­forming Euro­pean national socie­ties through immi­gra­tion and inter­bree­ding, by driving waves of migra­tion with the attrac­tion of cheaper labour. The vicious tenacity with which waves of illegal immi­grants continue to be welcomed, even when the effects of this pheno­menon on urban secu­rity, general crime rates and the iden­tity of national popu­la­tions are obvious, shows that the original plan has largely come to frui­tion and that measures must be taken to prevent it from being completed.

But these are not random events: They told us so.

You are abso­lutely right: what amazes me is the brazen­ness with which the propon­ents of Agenda 2030 have told us long in advance what criminal projects they want to impose on us against our will; despite this evidence, there are those who are amazed that, after years of unstoppable infil­tra­tion, they are actually carrying out their plans before our eyes, while accu­sing us of being „conspi­racy theo­rists“. There is defi­ni­tely a conspi­racy, but those who need to be brought to justice are those who carried it out, not those who denounce it.

Joe Biden blames the crisis on Vladimir Putin. Do you agree with this assessment?

Ameri­cans know very well that the price of petrol was rising long before the Russian-Ukrai­nian crisis and has continued to rise because of the sanc­tions – real or alleged – imposed by the inter­na­tional commu­nity on the Russian Fede­ra­tion. Today we know that the sanc­tions – predic­tably – have not affected Putin in the sligh­test, but the motive behind them is that they were intended to hit Western nations, and espe­ci­ally Euro­pean nations, in order to provoke an economic and energy crisis to legi­ti­mise ecolo­gical conver­sion, ratio­ning, popu­la­tion control and censor­ship of information.

Putin did not fall for the provo­ca­tions of the deep state and limited himself to inter­vening only as much as was neces­sary to provide secu­rity and protec­tion to the Russian-spea­king Donbass. And he stormed the Azov­stal steel­works, which housed one of the secret American bio-labs where bacte­rio­lo­gical weapons were produced and expe­ri­ments with SARS-CoV‑2 were carried out. On the other hand, the Biden family had a vested inte­rest in waging a war in Ukraine to cover up the corrup­tion cases Hunter Biden was involved in and to distract from the looming scan­dals looming against Obama and Hillary Clinton for Russia­gate and against the deep state for elec­tion fraud against Trump.

The US proxy war against the Russian inva­sion is really a war of the deep state against a nation that has refused to be taken in by the delu­sions of globa­list tech­no­crats and now has evidence of the crimes of the deep state. But while the EU can black­mail Euro­pean nations by condi­tio­ning the disbur­se­ment of funds and inte­rest on loans on the imple­men­ta­tion of „reforms“ – since these nations have limited mone­tary and fiscal sove­reignty – the same is not true of Russia, which is a sove­reign and inde­pen­dent nation, self-suffi­cient in raw mate­rials, energy and agri­cul­tural food.

The hege­monic left

Is this bipolar vision, which revi­sits the Cold War confron­ta­tion between the USA and the USSR, no longer valid?

The hege­monic left has intro­duced a Mani­chean divi­sion between good and evil: left versus right, libe­ra­lism versus fascism, globa­lism versus sove­reig­nism, vacci­na­tion versus no-vax. The „good guys“ are obviously the left: liberal but soli­da­rity, globa­list, inclu­sive, ecume­nical, resi­lient and sustainable. The „bad guys“ are just as obviously patriots, Chris­tians, right-wingers, sove­reig­n­tists and heterosexuals.

Fusion of Libe­ra­lism and Coll­ec­tive Socialism

What distin­gu­ishes the present struc­ture of Western count­ries from the past?

The fusion of the worst of libe­ra­lism with the worst of coll­ec­tive socia­lism. Today, after two years of the pandemic farce, we see globa­list libe­ra­lism using commu­nist and dicta­to­rial methods to impose itself with its Great Reset, and commu­nist regimes using liberal methods to enrich the upper eche­lons of the party without losing total control over the popu­la­tion. This shows that the geopo­li­tical balance is shif­ting towards a multi­polar vision and that bipo­la­rism fuelled by the deep state is in decline.

Is there a parallel with what is happe­ning in the Catholic Church under the ponti­fi­cate of Jorge Mario Bergoglio?

The deep church is in a sense an offshoot of the deep state. For this reason, we should not be surprised to witness the destruc­tion of faith and morals in the name of ecume­nism and synoda­lity, applying liberal errors in the theo­lo­gical field; and, on the other hand, the trans­for­ma­tion of the papacy and the Roman Curia into a polit­buro in which eccle­si­a­stical autho­rity is both abso­lute and dive­sted of its fide­lity to the Magis­terium, accor­ding to the moda­li­ties of the exer­cise of power in a commu­nist-style dicta­tor­ship. Law is no longer based on justice, but on the conve­ni­ence and benefit of those who apply it: Suffice it to see how harshly the Vatican treats clergy and the faithful who are tradi­tional, and on the other hand, with what leni­ency the Vatican praises noto­rious abor­tion advo­cates (I think of Biden and Pelosi as the most conspi­cuous cases) as well as the propa­gan­dists of LGBTQ ideo­logy and gender theory. Again, libe­ra­lism and commu­nism have allied to destroy the insti­tu­tion from within, as has happened in the civil sphere. But we know that contra legem fit, quod in fraudem legis fit – what circum­vents the law is done against the law.

Your Excel­lency, how do you think things may change in the United States in the near future?

The even­tual return of Donald Trump to the White House would allow for real peace nego­tia­tions once the deep state has been eradi­cated from the admi­nis­tra­tion and govern­ment agen­cies. But recon­s­truc­tion will certainly require the coope­ra­tion and sacri­fice of all, as well as a solid spiri­tual vision to inspire the rebuil­ding of the social fabric. If all this has been done through proven elec­toral fraud in the last presi­den­tial elec­tion, Trump’s victory would be even more conspi­cuous and would have strong impli­ca­tions for the rami­fi­ca­tions of the deep state in Europe and espe­ci­ally in Italy.

In any case, the mid-term elec­tions could give the Repu­bli­cans a majo­rity in the House of Repre­sen­ta­tives and the Senate, once the servants of the deep state – inclu­ding above all the „neocon­ser­va­tives“ – have been forced out of office.

Great Reset doomed to failure

So has the Great Reset failed? Can we sing a victory song?

A victory song can only be sung when the war has been won. The Great Reset is onto­lo­gi­cally doomed to fail because it is inspired by inhuman and diabo­lical prin­ci­ples. But its end, inevi­table as it may be, may still take some time, depen­ding on what we are able to oppose it with and what is in the plans of divine providence.

If the Lord wants to grant us a truce, a time of peace, after we have unders­tood how terrible is the hell on earth that the enemies of God and of man are aiming at, then we must commit ourselves to rebuild – not „better rebuild“, but just the oppo­site – yes, to rebuild what has been destroyed: the family, the bond of marriage, the moral educa­tion of children, love for our country, devo­tion to hard work and brot­herly charity, espe­ci­ally towards the most defen­ce­less and needy. We must affirm the sanc­tity and invio­la­bi­lity of life from concep­tion to natural death, defend the comple­men­ta­rity of the two sexes against the madness of gender ideo­logy, protect children from depra­vity and guarantee the inno­cence to which they are entitled. We must finally leave behind the logic of profit – typical of the liberal menta­lity – to recover the pride of doing our duty, even if no one is watching us, to profes­sio­nally produce what we produce and sell it at an honest price. And we need to stop thin­king of ourselves as infe­rior just because someone has decided that being honest, loyal, sincere and God-fearing is some­thing to be ashamed of in their godless model of a dysto­pian society. Rather, those who call for the killing of children and the elderly, the planned exter­mi­na­tion of the popu­la­tion through vicious vacci­na­tion campaigns, mass steri­li­sa­tion, sodomy, paedo­philia and the most deviant aberra­tions should be ashamed.

Only where Christ reigns can there be true justice and true peace

Your Excel­lency, do you believe that the world can return to God?

The world can and must return to God: This is a neces­sity that arises from the divine order that the Creator has impressed upon crea­tion. It must return to God, for only where Christ reigns can there be true justice and true peace. And the world can do this, but not in a coll­ec­ti­vist or commu­ni­ta­rian vision in which the indi­vi­dual disap­pears into the masses, but in a personal and indi­vi­dual vision in which each of us freely reco­g­nises that nothing can be better than what our heavenly Father has prepared for us, because he loves us and wants us to share in his glory.

When we all return to God, our nations will also reco­g­nise His rule and conform their laws to His law. So let us pray that what the psal­mist sings may become a reality: Laudate Dominum omnes gentes; laudate eum omnes populi (Ps 116:1)- Praise the Lord, you nations, praise him, you peoples. Quoniam confir­mata est super nos miser­i­cordia ejus; et veritas Domini manet in æternum (Ps 116:2)- For his mercy is confirmed upon us, and the truth of the Lord abideth forever.
